To: Mr C, Head of Facility Dept in university M

Please be reminded that you've pissed me off again and again with your lan-si-ness.

"What you want again?Aiyo.." This is the words that came out from your "precious" mouth the time I went to ask for permission. This is only the third time I look for you and you said that to me. I don't think that you're performing well as you already know that this is your job to see the same person again and again from time to time and you still behave like this. I do understand that your work is quite "dry" but this is your job, so be happy with it as this is all you can do and all you have to do. And, note that I look for you because your workers cant solve my problem so if you want to get frustrated get it on them, not on me.

You should be glad that with your attitude I can still talk to you nicely. I don't know what will happen if you happen to talk the same way to someone worse.Or is that because you see me as the "East" so you can act very proudly as you're the "West", I'm not sure but you are a typical one! Be like paddy, a Chinese idiom, there's even a Malay version but I doubted that you still remember.

Anyway, I forgive you for what you've done so far, but I'll never forget what you said. In fact, I'd like to thank you for making me stronger and taught me how to deal with those losers like you in the future -- putting on a smiling mask (like Vendetta).

P.S. Think of who's paying for your salary (I'm part of it)

Thank you.

From,
A person that wouldn't want to see your face and talk to you anymore.

Not expecting

事与愿违(Shi4 Yu3 Yuan4 Wei2)

This is somehow what I'm feeling. The actual facts are not as what was expected.

Had three papers. And the three papers are actually beyong my expectation. One that I thought would be abit hard was actually easy, and too easy that I never thought of reading through. Another one I thought I was confident in came out to be tricky (but not very hard actually).

Havin my final paper on Friday. I don't dare to put on any expectation on this paper, as I'd feel bad that it's not what I'm expecting AGAIN! And seriously, I don't have the mood to study anymore, as most of my friends have finished their exam, and that sets my mood on holidays as well.

2 more

Had my second paper on Wednesday.

I really had the same feeling like some others to leave the exam hall when I first read the paper, I've never expected they'll ask such questions, one asking about definitions of terms that I never even encountered before throughout the course (or maybe I'm not concentrate enough :P).

But then, the paper was not that hard afterall, some are too simple that I didn't expect it to be asked (and so I skipped those parts). Maybe that's what my other friends did, and felt unhappy with the result. But the result is not out yet, so we might still survived.

Anyway, enough for the past, now about the near future.

Still have two more papers to go, but there's a week gap that got me lazing around, or may be I'm confident about the two papers......hopefully not, b'cuz I'm afraid that the result is not as I expected.

Anyway I'll try my best. Pia for the last 2 papers, then holidays(Kitty, 2007)!!!

Best of luck to those who're still having exam. And to those whose exam's over, enjoy your holiday!!!!

Cheers.

7 days later

It's the first day of June...new month...new life...usual style...

Be having first paper in 7 days...here's my preparation for each subject based on estimation:
AFW2020 - 70%
AFW2631 - 40%
AFW2851 - 20%
BTW3153 - 40%

My actual efforts put on each subject:
AFW2020 - 30%
AFW2631 - 20%
AFW2851 - 1% (give some face mar :P)
BTW3153 - 10%

The expected result I'd like to get:
AFW2020 - HD
AFW2631 - D to HD
AFW2851 - C to D
BTW3153 - D to HD

Actual result - unknown before 13 July 2007

Question:
1. Will Kenny be able to achieve the expected result?
2. Will the result be over- or underestimated?

second

Would you rather be the first, or second?

Lets make it this way. What's good of being second?

1. Being in the second place, you'll know that you have space to improve. It hurts you lesser than being the first when you lose your status to the others.
2. During class, if your name is listed at the second on the list, the probability of being called to answer questions is lower compared to the person on top of the list.
3. Of course, me being the second, and youngest child in the family, I do get some privileges to be manja-ed .

But I noticed some biasness to person who got second in some competitions.

I watched American Idol 2007 Grand Finale last night.
(yeah right, it's not live and i got to know the result before watching the show. But c'mon, it's national TV, what could you expect from it. And somehow it's still consider "live" with the word stated at the lower left corner )

Anyway, I've been noticing that, since Top 12 or Top 24, after every single elimination, the stage will be given to the contestants eliminated. But during the Grand Finale, the stage is for the champ. Yea, I know, he's been performing throughout the show, but still.....Anyway, Blake is a great performer (Paula, Randy and Simon, 2007) and he's kinda cute, but short haha. It's kinda funny when he hugged Jordin after the result is announced.

Give the seconds a chance to perform, at least with the champ .

Salute~
